The latest C-level officer that organizations are benefiting from is the CGO â€“ Chief Green Officer. Sure, this can be seen as "greenwashing", but when implemented thoughtfully and without trying to pull one over on the public, this is a very important person.

Currently the U.S. doesnâ€™t have a national law governing e-waste. As politicians try to pass legislation, many efforts simply "run out of gas." Thankfully, lack of consistent federal legislation doesn't mean that action hasn't already been taken.
