Did this 1985 film coin the phrase 'information superhighway' and predict Siri?

While Al Gore may not have "invented the Internet", he did claim to introduce the term "information superhighway" in a 1978 presentation to computer industry officials (at least according to Wikipedia). One of the first printed references to the phrase came from the Jan.

Nokia and Microsoft have some kind of announcement planned for next Wednesday, Sept. 5. Most people are thinking it's Windows Phone 8, but you'd never be able to tell that from this teaser ad, which Nokia released today.
