A few years ago, Corning made a video called "A Day Made of Glass" that showed a futuristic world made possible through products enhanced with glass (basically, all of the cool stuff they were working on as a glass company).

Check out this trailer for a new Web series produced by Bryan Singer, known for the first two X-Men movies and The Usual Suspects. The H+ series, which will debut this fall online in 48-episode segments of about three- to six-minutes each, explores a world about 20 years in the future.

From Japan (where else?!) comes a couple of videos (via Laughing Squid) showcasing sushi-making robots. One of the "SushiBots" can make rice mound sushi bases at the rate of 3,600 per hour, and the sushi roll machine can make 300 per hour.
