Eric P. Since graduating from college I have been on a number of great interviews but still haven’t found a job. I don’t understand it. I have a degree in computer science from a great school and some relevant work experience as a summer intern. Any idea what I could be doing wrong?

I love the company I work for and they have been very good to me. The problem is that the company isn’t doing well financially. Former MIT CIO Marilyn Smith recently said in an interview that to enhance your IT career, you should 'exit and then return to IT.'
