Companies will likely be making conservative bets over the near term when it comes to hiring CRM consultants. CRM consultants will be in need, especially as companies attempt to get more from the systems they already have. However, more than ever, consultants will need to prove ROI. While increasing efficiency and reducing operating costs are likely to be the pressure points, growing revenue will also be important to achieve whenever possible.
