It's Apple's fault. They decided to sell the new Iphone and update the firmware on the old Iphone on the same day. If they had been a bit smarter and thoughtful, they might have allowed old users (like myself) to update to the new firmware before today, so that the Itunes store would have been stressed, but probably not so much as it is now.I have always thought that despite the nice marketing and the ok technology, Apple has always had bad planning, and this is another proof.

That's right....THANKS STEVE. I'm sure no apology or ANY type of compensation is forthcoming from either Apple or AT&T. Great technology. Sucky customer service. I would love to see the ad with the PC and MAC guy while they talk about customer service. Well so much for relying on a service...and they want to compete with BlackBerry...what a joke. They might want to think about more servers...I think they have enough money to invest in better support. What do you think Steve?
