I'm fumming mad because I updated to version 8 as recommended and found that I no longer could watch my shows instantly on Netflix through my computer. I'm having trouble with a few other little things but I hate ie8. I tried going back to ie 7 but it wouldn't let me and I had no help trying to use Mozilla Firefox. Anyone have any suggestions. I want my old version!

IE8

I have just installed IE8 from the Computer Shopper Aug 2009 (issue 258) DVD and was suprised to find I could no longer send any mail using Live Mail.I tried sfc.exe /scannow etc to no avail.Only now do I find that it is a monumental MIcrosoft cockup.Have now deleted IE entirely, and use Firefox on its own, with loads of its plugins installed(excellent they are too!). I assume Computer Shopper is still providing the obsolete faulty version ... two wrongs don't make a right.

My E-mail was XXXX@hotmail.com but I cannot open my E-mail messages since I installed version 8 (vista home). I was prompted to install version 8 every time I opened my hotmail account. I finally installed it and no more E-mail. I uninstalled the update and back to IE 7 - still the same problem!
