I heard mention that the Chrome OS will have some sort of encryption available a la bitlocker. If it's possible to encrypt personal data using another password or key, then it may have potential for very secure data.... And Ubuntu has an 'encrypt home directory' option, perhaps google should follow suit.

SharePoint and Outlook integration

From my personal experience I recommend an email archiving solution that we've been using successfully in our company for the last several months.The tool is called archive manager.
It keeps all e-mail messages and attachments in a central compressed repository and stores only a single copy of all messages and attachments.
In additiion it includes the ability for exporting messages from pst files that will allow you to get rid of them totally.
