Scaling projects
There are quite a few small systems integrators with substantial experience at scaling implementations. larger systems integrators seem to excel at scaling the projects themselves. It's not like shoveling snow - the larger the scale, the more shovels (bodies) needed. This perception that only large firms can do large projects is silly. After all, does the ENTIRE IBM organization show up for every project? Of course not.-Neil Raden
