Vista SP2 due next April, says report

Microsoft will deliver Windows Vista Service Pack 2 (SP2) to manufacturing in April 2009, two months after it issues a final test version to users, according to a Web site that accurately predicted several Windows ship dates in 2008.

Vista 64-bit problem connecting online

Just bought this laptop pre-installed with Vista premium 64-bit and having a problem connecting online. I can connect thru free/public wi-fi but not in my own network at home. I tried all the possible solution posted online but none of them work. Until now I dont what's causing the problem. On the bright side though, I still have 30 days to return this junk.

Either way you look at it Microsoft Data Center management did not follow standards or best practices in this failure. In which case it makes me wonder more about the outsourcing of corporate data much less personal data.
