Outsouced innovation robs Americans of their jobs

When jobs created in America -- by American innovators -- are sent abroad, the investment of the American taxpayer into the education system has a negative return. The developing countries are reaping the benefits of that investment, while American workers have to keep retraining and adjusting their incomes downward, as the skills and experience they acquired over time are becoming irrelevant due to outsourcing. To deal with this problem, new laws must be adopted to prevent outsourcing. Unless innovation is followed by a sustainable stream of jobs and income tax revenues, there will be no economic recovery.
