Either way you look at it Microsoft Data Center management did not follow standards or best practices in this failure. In which case it makes me wonder more about the outsourcing of corporate data much less personal data.

No 3g in Alaska
There is no 3g at all in Alaska, yet they led you to believe the advertising. I have a 3g iphone on edge and we do not get a break in price...I am so tired of these companies leading people to believe something that is not true.I have come right out and asked and they lie to you about it..
They need to be stopped.
