BlackBerry apps: Are they worth the download?
There are people who simply don't get the smartphone concept. Some of those people, oddly enough, seem to be smartphone application developers. I am often astounded by the amount of effort obviously put into an app only to have a spit-shined, sparkly GUI which is, sadly, fairly useless.

Either way you look at it Microsoft Data Center management did not follow standards or best practices in this failure. In which case it makes me wonder more about the outsourcing of corporate data much less personal data.
