Couldn't have happend to a more deserving company!

I'm DELIGHTED this prank happened to Domino's Pizza. They've never deserved a decent reputation as a tasty pizza company, and, AND, their former owner is a religious fanatic who has donated truckloads of money to forced-birth organizations.
May Domino's NEVER recover from this hit.

likewise, i worked in far

likewise, i worked in far too many kitchens in my youth, and never saw anything like that. sure, the occasional french fry, potato skin, alcoholic beverage might disappear before it hit the table, but the scenarios like this one, re-enforced by inane movies just don't ring true, at least not for me.

i have to say that the corporate apology video was hilarious. talk about canned.

Dominos is a slave driving sweatshop

Dominos is a slavedriving, employee abusing, anti-union sweatshop cleverly disguised as a family friendly pizza franchise. They deserved this prank as they treat their employees like crap. Just ask any ex-domino's employee who had to work there while in high school or college.
| reply

Present

Please present your evidence to back up this claim as I am a former employee and manger and don't recall any slave or sweatshop tactics. Unless you want to count me volunteering to work 21 days without a day off. Give it a rest.

Dominos is a slave driving sweatshop

This is very true. They do not even pay their drivers minimum wage, but expect them to answer phones, take orders, make the pizzas, cut the pizzas, deliver them, and clean the store. They charge $2.00 as a delivery charge. Most customers think this goes to the driver. ONLY .90 goes to the drivers, the rest goes in to greedy domino's pocket.

Eff-up your food

For all the people saying Domino's deserves this I hope you'll order food from me so I can tamper with it and spit in it. But I'm sure you won't care, because I'll just be sticking it to the man, YEAH!

Dominos politics

I quit eating Domino's pizza back in the 70's when I heard that the company funds anti abortion/right to lifer-christian groups. I encourage all who value human rights to boycott Domino's.

re: Dominos politics

Hmmmm you value human rights yet your pro choice. Can't have your cake and eat it to.

The entire company was bought in the 80's. The founder and his beliefs should not affect what you choose to eat, lol.

Food Service

12 years in food service including 7 in management. I probably have more stories then most that just worked in the business during high school and part of college. This does not surprise me in the leaset. As far as the open non open kitchen Domino's make line and overs are all in public view. One of the places I have worked as both employee and management. To all those complaining over the former owner, this is the United States and we are free to express our ideas as granted by the First Amendmant. In the words of my 17 year old, "build a bridge and get over it"

Will I ever order from Dominoes again? NO WAY!!!

NO. Hell no. Absolutely not.
| reply

yes

Actually just ordered a pizza from them tonight. Why? Because I have ordered from my local Dominos before for several years now. This could have happened to any pizza place or any restaurant. This ain't happening all over the place. Geez.

Domino's

This incident left a bad image in my head and when I try to go order from Domino's I will only imagine what could be in my order. Domino's and all Restruants need to add camera's where food is being prepared and a Manager should be present at all times to supervise employees. This incident has made me think twice about eating at any fast food place at all. There will be others who will see this and do the same. It always happens that people always copy cat everything that is seen in the news and you tube and T.V. shows. Movies, commercials and cartoons are being made that teach our kids and some immature adults the wrong things. People learn bad things faster then what they will learn good things. Our country needs to clean up what is shown on T.V. and Schools need to allow parents to take there children back and raise the up as they did back in the day where they were allowed to correct them and be strict and spank them if needed. The older generation has such a beautiful up bringing. They have respect for the world they live in and it is all because parent had the freedom to correct and disipline them. Our generation will only get worse if we don't go back to the day when we could be the parent. The school system is taking our rights and this is the outcome of it. This is what is being created.

shut up you drama queens!

We are talking about a pizza joint here. what should that have anything to do with political views and what not? i mean when i go to a restaurant i dont look up background information on it to see what they support or fund... that would be rediculous and a waste of time! if you like dominos food, then eat there, you will be fine. and if you dont want to dont! but all this nonsense about abortion views and sweat shops... its freakin pizza, SO EAT IT OR DON'T!

Where Google Chrome security fails: the password
I heard mention that the Chrome OS will have some sort of encryption available a la bitlocker. If it's possible to encrypt personal data using another password or key, then it may have potential for very secure data.... And Ubuntu has an 'encrypt home directory' option, perhaps google should follow suit.
