Either way you look at it Microsoft Data Center management did not follow standards or best practices in this failure. In which case it makes me wonder more about the outsourcing of corporate data much less personal data.

slideshow tedium
Why can't the slides be presented as thumbnails all on one page - with an option to click on anythign interesting or unfamiliar? C'mon, who wants to slog through one slide at a time?You know why?
They have one page per paragraph in order to maximize ad dollars.Slide Shows
I find these presentations tedious and annoying. They are frequently ill suited to the material which would be better presented as an illustrated text document.More often than not I simply close the page without viewing the material.
