Either way you look at it Microsoft Data Center management did not follow standards or best practices in this failure. In which case it makes me wonder more about the outsourcing of corporate data much less personal data.

Custoize with a 'Fist'?
Somehow I doubt that is the intention here although it may work. I've seen some pretty cool looking fist customizations that friends have 'accidentally' done to their phones after a dropped call or blank screen. Pretty cool looking yes - but it doesn't do much for the device's longevity usually as a rule. Maybe these are an exception?Tongue-in-cheek,
