women in software training and testing
I enjoyed reading the above observations and wanted to share my own experience as far as women in IT and their special skills are concerned. They seem to be far superior in software testing and training maybe because they are more details oriented and have higher levels of patience. Naturally such skills are spread around but on the average we see the peaks in these two areas in women IT professionals.I have two projects called (SOFTT) one for Chennai-India and the other in Istanbul-Turkey and will be very happy to shre the results on these projects much later as they become available.
