Either way you look at it Microsoft Data Center management did not follow standards or best practices in this failure. In which case it makes me wonder more about the outsourcing of corporate data much less personal data.

As much as I love Apple nike
As much as I love Apple nike shoes website (been using it since 1991) and the iPhone, I still can't make myself "tie the knot" with AT&T. Verizon...maybe. But if Apple could get the iPhone on Sprint, I'd get me one in a heartbeat! I've been with Sprint since 1997, and friends and family have used AT&T, Cingular, Verizon, etc. and the service can't compare with Sprint's. I may have to wait forever, or settle with an iPod touch. We'll see.
