Why the Slow Boots?

If your PC boots slowly, you can bet that it's weighted it down with too many programs that load automatically with every boot. This doesn't mean you have to remove the programs; you just have to turn off their autoloaders.

Either way you look at it Microsoft Data Center management did not follow standards or best practices in this failure. In which case it makes me wonder more about the outsourcing of corporate data much less personal data.
