How to fix a suspended Google+ account

My G+ account has been suspended a looong time ago (I think this was over a year ago, when they decided to mass ban quite a few people) and despite me sending them scans of my ID card and directing them to other pages (including the domain registrar service of my web host, which clearly states my name etc), they only responded with emails statin

I wasn't in the area of the country that suffered (or continues to suffer) power outages, but I have been through a couple of hurricanes in the past. Surprisingly, the longest I was ever without power wasn't because of a hurricane, it was because of an unexpected severe thunderstorm.

I got a memo today instructing me to look at getting our company a BCM certification. Frankly, I didn't know that there was such a certification for businesses. We have DR/BCP in place, but it isn't based on an outside standard; we are a pretty small company and essentially just drew on our experience and common sense.

There was a pretty major solar flare a month or two ago, but I didn't hear of any significant problems it caused. I remember that there was concern that it could damage satellites, and the astronauts on the ISS went into a heavily shielded area to be safe.
