Lawmakers eye bill to make P2P file-sharing safer

The House Committee on Commerce and Energy will hold a markup hearing Wednesday on a bill designed to make it safer for consumers to use peer-to-peer (P2P) file-sharing software.

Either way you look at it Microsoft Data Center management did not follow standards or best practices in this failure. In which case it makes me wonder more about the outsourcing of corporate data much less personal data.
