I2 Technologies nixes merger agreement with JDA

SCM (supply chain management) vendor i2 Technologies said Thursday it has scrapped its merger deal with JDA Software Group.

JDA Software to buy i2 for $346 million

Consolidation hit the supply chain management space Monday, as JDA Software Group announced it is buying i2 Technologies for roughly US$346 million in cash.
