Zelda saves Link in this gender-hero swap hack

Princess power continues as we see a video where Zelda gets to have all the fun

After last week's video where a dad hacked Donkey Kong so his daughter could save Mario instead of the original way was so successful, we're starting to see other classic games where the "princess" gets to be the hero.

In this video, we get to see an animation where Princess Zelda from the game "The Legend of Zelda" (Nintendo Entertainment System version) gets to run around Hyrule fighting the bad guys, while Link gets to be rescued. Another blow for video game gender equality, or just another Internet video trend?

More details on the entire project are here, including how you can create a version for yourself to play.
