Are you an expert in using Facebook and Twitter? Probably, if you're 15.  But how are us oldsters supposed to gain this knowledge?  We could waste our time actually, you know, fiddling with the Websites -- or we could sign up for a graduate degree in the subject from Birmingham City University.  The latter route will only cost you 4,400 pounds (about $6,500 US, at current exchange rates).
