House to meet on regulating mobile health apps

The FDA has not said when regulations will come out

"Most Americans have no idea that their smartphone, tablet or the mobile apps that have become part of their daily lives could be subject to added red tape or a new tax under Obamacare," said Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Fred Upton (R-MI), in a statement.
