No, unfortunately there is no 'Mark All Read' option, and I can get into the push options from the app but that doesn't help either. It wasn't a problem at all on the iPod, just on the new iPhone.

I have recently bought an iPhone 4S. Previously I had an iPod touch. On the iPod touch I had no issues with the badge app icon (little red number) for Facebook. However, on the iPhone it is always +3, as if I have an extra 3 unread notifications. For example if I genuinely have 2, it will show up on the app icon as 5.
