Throughout his career Lon has been successful in creating an efficient, innovative atmosphere focused on business needs where diverse teams have come together to deliver despite difficulties and obstacles. As a result, he is accustomed to challenge and responsibility, including: strategic and tactical planning, system and process optimization, application development, staff management, contract negotiations, and vendor relations. Lon has led numerous large-scale programs that contained projects with teams of over 200 employees and budgets of $50+ million and has unique experience in disaster recovery, organization revitalization and staff management.

Currently, Lon serves as the head of Corporate Information Technology which is responsible for the global IT effort of ICF International. In this role he developed and assembled a team that has led the transformation of the infrastructure environment which included but was not limited to the migration of all production systems to a Tier IV data center, the upgrade of key data bases and applications to current versions, an overhaul of the WAN and conversion to current technology, and the implementation of policies and procedures designed to manage risk and minimize cost. Previously, he was the senior IT executive for the Road Home Program, a multi-year Louisiana State program that was the largest housing recovery effort ever funded by HUD in support of homeowners impacted by hurricanes Katrina and Rita. This multi-year contract required the rapid hiring of ~200 IT staff, build-out of 13 offices, development and deployment of all program applications including a data warehouse and execution against a complex set of contract deliverables.

Lon offers dynamic leadership with skills that will support efforts in the business and technology. His passion is a critical component to his ability to quickly pull together and drive a team to complete ambitious, visible, and value driven imperatives.
