Access to Internet

I bought this model(Nokia 6600 slide) in Canada. It was made in Asia. We have tried to get the correct configuration from Nokia to allow us to access the Internet but so far, it isn't working. Has anyone installed the correct configuration settings to overcome this obstacle. I'm totally frustrated after spending this money.
