A couple of points:
1) The "corporate responsibility" for which the CWA credits AT&T is entirely conditional upon approval of the merger. Nowhere does AT&T suggest it will add 5,000 call-center jobs if the deal is rejected.
2) Didn't this company so dedicated to creating and keeping "good jobs in the U.S.," as the CWA states, offshore those jobs in the first place?
Other than that, the CWA makes some compelling points!
