Probably not at all what the Google tab will look like, but oh well

The iPad 3, or maybe the iPad HD, will be announced today, and then we’ll all have to get back to whatever it is we did before we started debating the structural properties of LTE chips and tablet chassis. In the meantime, here’s a handful of things to speculate that do not involve Retina Displays or magical new features.

iOS 6 to feature, well, something new

Details: CNET’s Jason Parker seems to gather his items from his list of grievances with Apple’s iPhone and iPad operating system, not so much pure rumors. But some of them have been the subject of speculation. Multitasking is due for a change, Siri could reach other devices, the Maps app could change entirely, and Facebook integration is always on the table.
