Google Maps is already great, and it already shows users the traffic conditions through use of different colors for routes based on congestion/delays. Yet, they spent $1.1 BILLION dollars to purchase Waze (an Israeli mapping company).

Adobe just released Abobe Reader for Windows 8 phones within the past week or so, so you are good to go with the Lumia. The 920 looks like a pretty sweet device as well.
