SNMP scans on the rise
There has been a sharp increase in SNMP port scans, according to State of Security a blog run by MicroSolved, a security and penetration testing firm.
If you are running SNMP exposed on your external network (something that should be discouraged), update those devices, and block those ports or restrict access if they do not absolutely need to be exposed.
