January 20, 2012, 11:18 AM — Bill Gates has been doing a lot of great work with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation since he reduced his role at Microsoft (going on four years in June), and today he's posted another video in preparation for his fourth annual letter for the Foundation. Gates is inviting students around the world to submit letters (via annualletter@gatesfoundation.org) addressing what they think is the world's most pressing issue. Letters can be submitted through Feb. 2, 2012, and should probably not have the topic of "Snooki".
