Quitting Facebook is like trying to kill zombies

Video series pokes fun of trying to escape a social network

By

The YouTube channel My Damn Channel has produced a series of videos called "Status Kill", showcasing a man's attempt to leave a fictitious social network called "TweetFaceSter".

In the series finale, the man checks into the TweetFaceSter Addiction Clinic, but things don't go as planned and our protagonist has to find his way out. Hence the zombie action thriller similarities.

If you've missed any of the other episodes, you can watch the entire series here.

In addition, the All Facebook blog has a good post catching up with the creator and producer of the series, Jesse Cowell.
