Does my user name and password work for newsletter registration?
At this time, subscribing to newsletters is separate from site registration. Therefore, if you are a newsletter subscriber, you must still register on the site (It's painless, we promise!) in order to access certain site features.
How do I subscribe to e-mail newsletters?
On the newsletter page, check the box next to the newsletter(s) you wish to receive, fill in your email address, and a few other fields, and click "Submit".
How do I unsubscribe to e-mail newsletters?
Log in to view the list of newsletters you currently receive. Uncheck the boxes next to the newsletters that you no longer want. Click "Submit" at the bottom of the page to unsubscribe.
Who do I contact if I am having problems unsubscribing?
Please e-mail your request to support@itworld.com and include the e-mail address that your newsletters are delivered to.
How do I change my e-mail address?
Log in. On the newsletter preferences page, your current e-mail address will be pre-filled. Overwrite your existing e-mail address with your new e-mail address, and click "Update".
How do I change my e-mail newsletter selections?
Log in to view the list of newsletters you currently receive. Uncheck the boxes next to the newsletters that you no longer want. Check the boxes next to the newsletters you would like to receive. Click "Submit".
How do I stop receiving e-mail promotions from ITworld?
Log in. Scroll to the bottom of the page until you see "Special Offers". Uncheck this box, and click "Submit".
Are newsletters available in HTML format?
No, not at this time.
May I suspend my newsletters if I am away on vacation?
Suspending e-mail newsletters is not currently an option, however you may unsubscribe and then re-subscribe when you return.
