Nivin asks I'm thinking of making a switch from being an MS SQL DBA to IT Security Operations. Is this a good move to make? I'm currently a SQL DBA and SAP BusinessObjects Admin. I'm being offered a role in IT Security Operations. Is this a wise move? What are my options once I make the switch? Where will I find myself 3 years down the road?
