Howdy! Last week, we talked about creating the graphical, background,
and textual elements of your Web page using the Web Safe Palette. This
week, I'll go over a few tools to make your quest for the right Web-
safe colors a little easier.

Color Blending
As mentioned last week, the Web-safe palette's biggest problem is its
216-color limit
