Microsoft Launches New Competencies and Partner Resources

Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer had lots of interesting things to say at the recent Worldwide Partner Conference in Minneapolis. Regarding the people who sell Microsoft products, Steve says thank you and sends his love.

"We make 97, 98 percent of our revenue with partners, through partners -- whether it's reselling, partner service, partner training, ISV partners -- partners, partners, partners," Ballmer said to the gathered minions with his typical high-octane delivery. "We are not in the customer services business. We are not in the reselling business. We respect our partnerships. We value our partnerships. We need our partnerships."
