ITworld has a new look!

By The ITworld Team  13 comments

We've overhauled the site from top to bottom, and we're excited to share it with you!

The site editors have taken a step back, and handed the pen over to you, so to speak.

So what does that mean exactly?

The site is set up as an "open exchange" that allows IT pros, technology vendors, and anyone else with a passion for technology to Contribute on the topics that mean the most to them. We've picked technologies that are getting some buzz and lined up experts to start the conversation, but don't be shy.

What to submit? You have lots of latitude, but please contribute something you found useful. Just about anything IT-related is fair game: best practices, news stories, technical or management questions…the sky's the limit. Contribute by posting your own content, commenting on other posts, answering people's questions, providing another angle, challenging assertions, firing up debate.

Please use this blog to tell us what you like, what you don't, or suggest features you'd like to see.

Enjoy the new site, and we look forward to your feedback!

Wonderful site...seems to be more informative now with the addition of collaborative tools..except that the color combination can be given a re-look again...the orange/red color seems to stand out than the information/content displayed on the web page...may be some lighter shades can be consider...all up to you guys..thanks regards Surendranath G
