The Canada-based Information Warfare Monitor reported Saturday that a network based mainly in China has tapped into classified information in 103 countries or regions, including Taiwan.
The scheduled Beijing meeting will be the third round of high-level talks between the rivals since President Ma Ying-jeou took office last May vowing to improve relations. The two sides split amid civil war in 1949.
