In days gone by, not everyone who turned up at basic training was a fit specimen, but generally they were at least familiar with the concept of "exercise." Modern day youth find the experience so foreign that one US Navy admiral thinks that they should be eased into it with Wii Fit and other video games of the type their modern brains can understand.
