Westminster Abbey built with LEGOs

Just in time for LEGO Kate and LEGO William to get married...

By

Got royal wedding fever? Enjoy LEGOs? Then you'll love seeing pictures of the LEGO Westminster Abbey, recreated by four adult LEGO fans. The project took more than eight weeks to complete, and features more than 180,000 LEGO bricks, more than 200 different LEGO elements and about 400 LEGO mini-figures. The windows that represent Westminster Abbey's famous stained-glass windows were created with transparent bricks, and special bride and groom mini-figures were created from prototype elements at the LEGO HQ in Billund, Denmark.

This video slideshow (yes, I created it), shows off some of the more impressive features of the project.
