BBC gives Doctor Who fans an early Christmas present

Sing some Sontaran Christmas Carols in this funny clip

By

The folks over in Britain have this Christmas spirit thing down pat - television on that day is full of joys and fun things, especially if you're a Doctor Who (and Downton Abbey) fan.

As part of its promotion for the Doctor Who Christmas special (it's also being shown on BBC America at 9 p.m. Eastern in the U.S.), the BBC has provided a clip of Commander Strax (as well as appearances from Madame Vastra, Jenny, the Doctor and new companion Clara) singing some Sontaran Christmas Carols.

Well done, Doctor Who! See you on Christmas night!
