State Department grinds to halt in "reply to all" fiasco

You know the type: the people who are on the receiving end of an email to many people, and who hit "reply to all" when they really only mean to reply to the initial senders. Then there are the people who reply to all specifically to complain about people who reply to all. The U.S. State Department e-mail system was nearly brought down by just such a rash of reply-to-alling, made worse by people who attempted to rescind the messages they had sent. Keep reading...
