Cell phone cleared of wrongdoing in Chinese man's death

Huang Heping lay bleeding to death on the floor of a computer salesroom in Guangzhou, the shattered remains of his cell phone in his shirt pocket; investigators originally believed that his phone's battery had exploded, sending a deadly shard into his neck. But the phone was eventually declared innocent: Huang apparently accidentally shot himself with a homemade pistol, and the cell phone was itself a victim in the incident. Keep reading
