February 26, 2009, 9:00 AM — Do you think that 14-year-olds should be sent to jail just for the crime of sending text messages -- which, as near as we can tell, is how 14-year-olds communicate? Maybe, if they do it during class, and are told to stop but keep doing it, and then when confronted about it deny that they're doing it and hide their phones in their "buttocks area". Keep reading...
