Google joins Atlantis cover-up conspiracy

The happy mer-folk of Atlantis are quite pleased to have their underwater paradise all to themselves. So when the streets of their fair metropolis were revealed in the latest version of Google Earth, the threat of the above-water folk coming to join them was very real.     If what was found was man made, those would not be streets. The grid is nation sized, not city sized. They would be canals for irrigation. Any lost city would be too small to see and would likely rest in the center of the grid. Atlantis was supposedly known for having vast fertile fields fed by irrigation. Maybe Google is telling the truth, but those who are discounting the possibility based on scale need to think a little longer. Irrigation people.
