Kenyan mosque jams prayer-time cell phone calls

One of the banes of modern existence is the cell phone that rings in the middle of public events -- a play, a move, or, say, religious services. Cell-phone jammers are illegal in the U.S., but that's not the case in Kenya, where one imam decided that enough was enough.
