Hackers put porn on Russian billboard

January 26, 2010, 4:54 PM — If you think about it, those electronic billboards that have sprung up everywhere over the past few years are really nothing more than more than giant monitors. And where there's a monitor, there's a computer -- and where there's a computer, there's a target for hackers.
