Mac makes it too easy- just throw it away by dragging it into the trash or click on it and press cmd+delete. Or use AppCleaner to do even a better job.
That's way more simple then pressing start>control panel> search for the app> then press uninstall and go through all the prompts.

Mac users are under the impression that if they delete the application all program is removed this is of course incorrect. When a you drag a program to applications, on first run, depending on the program various files and folders and made in more than one location. Deleting the application leaves these behind which is wasteful and untidy. The windows solution for this with add and remove (program and features vista on) is better and tidier, but not perfect, as anyone who as struggled to uninstall a program will vouch

Where Google Chrome security fails: the password I heard mention that the Chrome OS will have some sort of encryption available a la bitlocker. If it's possible to encrypt personal data using another password or key, then it may have potential for very secure data.... And Ubuntu has an 'encrypt home directory' option, perhaps google should follow suit.
